![]() ![]() ![]() A large percentage of the most prominent places mercenaries die a lot is from elemental damage, such as Fire damage in the Chaos Sanctuary, Diablo's Fire attacks, Achmael the Cursed's poison damage, etc. Life Leech is based off of your damage dealt, and when you consider the very large amounts of damage Act 2 Mercenaries do (in the thousands), that 12% is a very large amount of life healed every second.Īlso, like I mentioned above, 20% Physical damage reduced is not as useful as you might think, you are a light sorceress so, hopefully most monsters won't be reaching your mercenary as much as if you were a hammerdin or a similar build. So, the difference is, 20% Damage reduction for Physical Damage, or an extra 12% Life Leech per second. It seems like Andariel's doesn't even provide a fight here, but:Īt 4.16 Attacks per second with 8% Life Leech, that's 33% Life Leech per second, and with 4.54 Attacks per second with 10% Life Leech, that's 45% Life Leech per second. ![]()
